At Harfield Harriers, running is not just about pounding the tarmac, but about friendship, fun and commitment.

Founded at Two Oceans 1999, the club has been brought to life by Jenni Rowe, 'Comrade Chairlady', who's enthusiasm and love for the club and all of its members is contagious, and supports experienced and inexperienced runners alike. Her emphasis is on friendship and in the club's short lifespan many people have come together and formed a strong unit dedicated to encouraging each other's performance on the road, and the club's performance within Western Province Road Running.

Harfield Harriers is becoming a force to be reckoned with at races and is
now a recognised and well-respected running club.

The club is based in Claremont where it enjoys the use of clubhouse facilities that include changerooms for men and women, showers, and a functions room with fully stocked bar. Committee members meet quarterly and work hard at maintaining the facilities and making Harfield Harriers a fantastic club to belong to. They are passionate about ensuring a long and enjoyable future for the club and its runners.

Enjoy using this site and all its regularly updated features and we hope to see you on the road!
